Vitamins D3 and K2 are necessary to take alongside one another for optimal absorption.  They also work together to support bone health, cardiovascular and immune health. Vitamin K2 as MK-7 is the most widely and preferred form of K2.

The Key to Your Daily Wellness:

Vitamin D3 is crucial for immune function.  Normal lab values range between 30-70.  However, having a level at 70-80 seems optimal for a normal immune response and maximal resistance against viral and bacterial infections.  Clinically, I’ve seen those with higher levels of D3 fare much better than those with low levels of D3 regarding viral or bacterial infections. 

Vitamin K2 is required for optimal calcium utilization.  K2 helps to bind calcium to bone. Calcium deficiency in the United States is rare, but problems with its utilization is not.  D3/K2 helps to deliver the calcium to the bone tissue.
