Our Hive-Omega provides 820mg of eicopentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and 50mf of docosapentaemoic acid (DPS) per soft gel as re-esterfied triglycerides, the preferred form with superior absorption.

Omega 3 fatty acids are an essential part of human nutrition, as our cellular health is dependent on them. These are essential because we cannot produce them on our own, therefore, we must consume them. Achieving an optimal ratio balance between Omega 3’s and 6’s can only be achieved through proper diet, excluding excessive Omega 6’s and including responsibly sourced Omega 3’s.  The daily recommendations can vary based on needs, but the optimal daily range is between 2g-4g daily.

Our fish oil is sourced from the waters off the Chilean coast.
